Senior leaders doesn't know what they are doing for the company 5. No promotions for the hardworking employees, it always depends on the partiality and close one's. 6. There are no projects and its waste of time joining in this organisation 7. Career spoil is definitely once you get an offer and joined in the company.

I joined Motivity as a fresher, and during my time here, I've had the opportunity to learn a wide range of technologies. I've gained a deeper understanding of the IT industry, and I'm grateful for the strong support provided by my manager, PVR. The guidance and encouragement to self-learn and continuously upskill have been invaluable in my growth.

...ach is unfair, especially for freshers or those with only 2 years of experience. It's concerning that even though they offer a two-month salary, there is no clear communication or support regarding job stability, leaving employees uncertain about their future.

Poor management No WFH, if you ask, they will suggest you to take leave Lay offs even if you are in projects sometimes They use you till project ends and throw you away if you are not billable Poor technical architects

Job security - no, work culture - not as expected

Dislikes

There is no job security. they will hire and terminate. They have to think before taking any candidate whether they can hold at least 6 months. if not they have to go for contract to hire or contract employees.

Recently I have joined this company, Interview process was very fast. First round to joining completed with in one week. HR's are so cool and patient. The one assigned to me "srinadh" helped me in giving the update even before I asked him.
