The recruitment process was good, they took people bulkly. First 3 months training was good.

...cation team. And for freshers you will be terminated after your bond completion. And forget about Hike and promotion, even base salary is too low for the current market scenario. You will work here like slave without getting any recognition.

Learning is the only thing that I liked here

Everything. There is no work life balance, no increment in salary from past 2 years, sometimes working hours extended to 15-16 hours. Maybe this varies from project to project but my experience is worst in this project. Only thing I got here is to learn how to deal with clients and gained knowledge on different automation tools

Good work environment. Good cafeteria and gaming arcade. Good work life balance. Career growth is average and appraisals are poor. Training/upskilling is good.

Dislikes

Limited salary hike and career growth is slow. 3 months notice period. No good rewards or recognition for your task. Moving from one Business Unit to another when you're on bench is not easy. You will be forced to stay in bench rather than jumping to a new project in the other business unit, even when your job is at stake. A lot of politics happen.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment
