- 12 hrs working plus salary is below 20 k or till 20 k - tell us to work on sun and during bank holiday ask us to complete defaulters - give pressure and dn provide good leads - effects mental and physical health both - some tl are not good

Nothing is good in the organisation they don't care for the employee as specially for sales people

They don't provide any compensation or convence for sales visit, they will deduct leaves, heavy sales pressure

... big attrition on TM level...Working day is monday to friday so that is good.. Yes , company paid salary on time in that situation..

Career growth zero, job security os zero, salary deduction is happening on regular basis ,, employee satisfaction is zero...Work environment is too much bad...

...way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.

... from insurance and demat. Without any support. If you don't reach at 9.15 at 9.16 your salary will be debited for that month . If you don't do daily 2 meeting attendance is not marked and for every meeting you have to do geo tagging.and call from Mumbai whether sales person have met or not which is very embarassing infront of our client
