Company is really very good... Staff like Hr admin security also fantastic... Salary is on time. paid leaves 45 in a year. Company also provide picnic facility, month's last Friday as fun Friday along with snacks, extra programs from HR team and big function on annual day.

Dislikes

If you wanna die then join thane branch of this company. Never logout on time, sometime 8.30 pm, sometimes 8pm and if your luck is with you then 7.30pm. working on Sunday, sometime working on companies holiday. In the morning if late for just 2min manager will give lecture minimum 30 min. He will compare you with everyone no matter how your performance is. And specially if you are Muslim no break for namaz on fridays. no early leave in ramzan month. According to him if you are keeping roja then you have to manage your own. No mercy.

Some of the employees are the only good thing about the company

...rs everyday ( Monday - Saturday) and even on Somedays it Stretched to 20+ Hours. The company is not ready to pay the Overtime. Top of that TGS manager has none of the sense about communication. Always threatening the employees regarding the Job. Worst company ever. If the company is looking to layoff someone they should start with the whole HR team

Was getting salary on time, having 30 leaves yearly, holidays whenever market is close, quarterly increment chance

No work life balance, have to reach office before 8.30 and no fix timing of leaving office 6.30/7/7.30, Not proper guidance by senior, not proper treatment by senior management, won't be allowed for lunch or breakfast if not generated any brokarage

Work life balance is the worst thing like there is late seating till 8 or 8:30 without extra extra pay,that too was said the office timing will be from8:15 to 5:15 although we reach before 8:30 everyday which is inning time but exiting time never matches as said while hiring and they even make working on non working Saturday

...way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.
