The Product Department lately has been awful. Clear disparity in terms of salaries, bonus, WFH provision only to some selected departments. No checks on performance of depts and randomly passing them awards and appreciations HR dept is the worst at MO. They don't even understand the pain points of employees. Even after delivering the requirements, no appreciation or recognition Have to compulsorily wait for 2 yrs for promotion and they will get someone from outside with 3yrs experience and give them AVP designation. What a joke! Only if you are able to do Showbaazi and be a chamcha, you will get promoted in even 6-12 months

...way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.

... from insurance and demat. Without any support. If you don't reach at 9.15 at 9.16 your salary will be debited for that month . If you don't do daily 2 meeting attendance is not marked and for every meeting you have to do geo tagging.and call from Mumbai whether sales person have met or not which is very embarassing infront of our client

1. Base salary structure should be improved. 2. More dependent on variable pay/incentive 3. 2 years waiting period to get the promotion/role change.

Its a fraud company who is recruiting employees just to acquire customer base by doing mis commitment and false promises. Mingy Management will never listen us. worst HR I have ever seen in corporates. Do not recommend to join under the leadership of Manish Saluja or navnit bagri. After 6 months they will threat you by saying if you are not acquiring new customers then leave this company immediately
