Salary is not good of old employee. New joining getting good hike. It's not good for biggner. If you have 10 to 15 years experience than it is best place for you to work till retirement.

Management only expects the sales without doing anything No trend of doing marketing of products No improvement of any employee is happening Nobody listens in the company If u are lucky then you will get a good boss and you can stay in company or else u r at the worst place Not much increment

All upper level of senior is only for his salary they never try to understand what employees need support. If you are working well senior demands for money. Otherwise will send unwanted products that’s called pushing, if you will ask ASM he will reply I have done it ZI have done it if you will ZI he says I have not done it RI have done it I think now if you will call to RI he will answer ask your ASM or ZI if they will not answer it then I do some thing, literally no body will listen you for your unwanted losses.

...rk environment and Teammates and management are very supportive and transperant. Companies HR and appraisal policies are very fair and good they give salary hike and promotion according to employees performance.

Good company with pathetic ASM treating executives so rudely..some of the ASM in Mumbai working in the company with very long time like 10 to 15 years with zero knowledge about marketing..no holidays only sunday...work life balance is very less..Internal growth is very slow for the executives
