On all the negative points that i have mentioned they always keep talking about good work culture which is confined to the fact that you can take leave anytime you want.

Dislikes

No skill development, no credible work, very below the average salary. You wouldn't reach a six figure salary even after 4 or 5 years working in the company.

Likes

The work culture is pretty good if you compare it to the Big 4s or the major Indian firms. The work itself is not too stressful, although it depends on your team and the manager.

Dislikes

Expect absolutely 0% growth in your career and skills during your time here. This is a dead end job which will just be good to pay your bills but kill your growth in the long run. It’s like working at a 100 year old Indian Public Bank with the same systems and processes, copy and paste model. You’ll always feel stuck and frustrated here no matter how long you’ve been here. I’d advise working at a different company where you’ll have to burn the midnight oil for a year, but could equip yourself with the right skills ensuring long term growth. This job is for those who’ve been defeated by luck, who were left with no other choice but to accept this job. If you are in a desperate need of a job, like many people in the country at the moment, then you can go for this one. It’s decent as compared to the toxic environment in other major firms in our nation. But don’t expect any progress in your professional life.

Great company culture, high job security, not too much workload, good work life balance, currently some business units have hybrid work mode which is good for flexibility and work life balance,

Dislikes

... which reduces flexibility. Promotions/appraisal opportunities are few and slow. Pay is average.

Dislikes

Salary is way below market, Very Limited Growth in career, Cost cutting is almost everything, Manager way to aged to manage young guys (In my team), Bonus are very low to minimum. In the end Salary in hand is the big big issue because of new HR's and unnecessary Bulk hiring.

Work Culture is at the top. Flexibility is more compared to other top MNCs. And they focus more on Employees learning and development.

Dislikes

Salary is less compared to its peers. Job is very monotonous after a certain period of time.
