...motion activity is very slow and lot of politics. Lack of appreciation for work. Company does not pay well

1) Morningstar is very employee-centric company. 2) Best work-life balance that I have seen 3) Work=life satisfaction and compnay culture are much better than other companies, but at the cost of low pay.

Dislikes

1) Morningstar is one of the lowest_paying companies compared to industry standards. 2) There is zero tranparency regarding promotion and appaisals. 3) The company has a very high turnover for the above reasons.

Great company culture, high job security, not too much workload, good work life balance, currently some business units have hybrid work mode which is good for flexibility and work life balance,

Dislikes

... which reduces flexibility. Promotions/appraisal opportunities are few and slow. Pay is average.

It is a good company for freshers to start their career with. As a fresher this company offers decent salary.

Dislikes

There is almost no promotions in this company. From the growth perspective it is not recommended to anyone to stay in this company for longer period of time as you will only stick to the work you are doing with a tiny amount of appraisal and many a times no appraisal at all. The work is monotonous there is no scope of promotion even if you perform exceptionally well.
