The compensation is low which really needs to be focused on. Apart from this, there needs to be work life balance in the team which can significantly improve the attrition rate. Compensation does not speak to the work pressure which is kind of annoying.

Pay and perks are good.

Dislikes

Mid level managers in model risk management are incompetent, incapable of doing any hands on. Senior management cannot tolerate criticism No work ethics. Credit is often not given to the deserving person. Promotions are manipulated for personal propaganda.

Salary and pay standards are good. The policy and procedure work is organised and helpful.

Hypocrisy on the culture values quoted and practiced. The usa counterparts are very random in their behavior. No sense of team ownership. Indian staff is treated like a contract labour. This can very specific to my experience, so don't generalize.

High exposure to onshore team. Decent bonus payout. US MNC culture so beyond a point professionalism is adhered.

Highly incompetent VPs and Top management. Wrong hires across top management. No visibility for team expansion. High disregard to women when it comes to maternity or otherwise. But large emphasis on diversity, highly contradictory.

They follow a very rigid hierarchy structure. Seniors make opinions based on the views from their 1 downs. You can have all the valid points in the world but no one will take your opinion if you are a junior. 2. Too much importance is given if something is said by an onshore personal. Valid points are not a consideration then.
