Mid level managers in model risk management are incompetent, incapable of doing any hands on. Senior management cannot tolerate criticism No work ethics. Credit is often not given to the deserving person. Promotions are manipulated for personal propaganda.

Market offers atleast 40% higher pay scale for CAs with 12+ years experience Women management mostly busy with married life and kids as 1st priority making lives of production team and others miserable Filthy politics Zero delegation even at high levels.. VPs are dummies of top management

Salary and pay standards are good. The policy and procedure work is organised and helpful.

Dislikes

Hypocrisy on the culture values quoted and practiced. The usa counterparts are very random in their behavior. No sense of team ownership. Indian staff is treated like a contract labour. This can very specific to my experience, so don't generalize.

High exposure to onshore team. Decent bonus payout. US MNC culture so beyond a point professionalism is adhered.

Dislikes

Highly incompetent VPs and Top management. Wrong hires across top management. No visibility for team expansion. High disregard to women when it comes to maternity or otherwise. But large emphasis on diversity, highly contradictory.

Likes

It's amazing work culture. Benefits such as 4 months worth of paternity leave and an extensive mediclaim policy. Leave policy is very good even though it depends on work and team. Complex projects to handle and extensive training and development program for everyone.

Dislikes

Compensation could bettered and be competitive. More recreational facilities should be included in office.
