Flexible shift and offs with decent salary hikes

CS department head Anjali is one of the worst Management I have met till date. If not for this company, she would not have survived anywhere else. Being the head of a department, even with 7 years of expertise, in every office meeting, she stammers and continuously says um um um. Not confident at all. She herself will take leaves on most Mondays but if others take and with genuine reason, she will not agree. Instead she uses abusive words like f**k, s**t in front of everyone and shouts on top of her voice. Very indecent and biased management who favors people who keep bucket and gossip with her. Company will be in better place if they appoint actual hard working people. Here people take 3-4 hrs break with no proper etiquette and they expect the normal agents to be perfect. Few TLs (Ranjini) here literally do not know the process at all and they are still surviving here by being her chamcha. Normal agents have much better process knowledge. Very biased and hypocrite management where if they do it, it's okay and acceptable but if others do the same, things will be off. So many other better companies than this tbh. Please think twice before working under her.

It’s a proper Lala company with very bad environment. Co founders fire and hire anyone they want. Rules also keep changing anytime. HR keeps finding loop holes to push people out when they want without any severance. SVP engineering keeps firing North Indians and promoting Tamilians.

First Great thanks to implement online process for most of our customers due to covid 19, this is very helpful for field executives and giving health insurance coverage also and overall company is good

salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is given to new joinees.
