Though I'm not a old employee so I didn't get the chance to know many things about this company but I have a very supportive and helpful team members and it feels so good to work with them and also I want to mention that I have a very helpful manager too... Thank u everyone

Salary structure should be more better... Should give more training to therapists who work for the other field of therapies...

...y patients independently without other's interference is something I appreciate. I am quite satisfied with the salary that I am provided with. The team also holds various training sessions and programs that help me increase my knowledge. The team rapport is really good and I could always openly keep my suggestions in front of the seniors.

Dislikes

A few things I think the organization could improve at are keeping their employees as a priority. The work pressure is high sometimes and clinical professionals are expected to do tasks that aren't their area of expertise. Sometimes decisions are made without the team's consent and we just have to abide by the rules. I also wish the compensations and incentives were a bit better for the clinical staff.

The management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Getting abused in spite of working with 0 training. Only 5 days holiday for the entire year. LITERALLY.

Opportunities for growth, professional development, training and career advancement opportunity. Sense for purpose -contributing to a company mission,vision and values and making a meaningful impact. Collaborative environment -working with a team ,sharing ideas and learning from other . Note - my manager is very supportive .

Dislikes

Common dislike - 1 .poor communication 2 slow decision making and bureaucratic processes. 3 unfair performance evaluation .4 they don't acknowledge the hard work and some time lack of respect

There is so much to learn throughout the journey in mom's belief. Good amount of leaves are been provided in the organisation. All the team members are very supportive.

Dislikes

Personally felt that there were no appreciations given for the clinicians for their efforts in the centre. The space provided for the therapies is small.
