The fact that I could work with my patients independently without other's interference is something I appreciate. I am quite satisfied with the salary that I am provided with. The team also holds various training sessions and programs that help me increase my knowledge. The team rapport is really good and I could always openly keep my suggestions in front of the seniors.

A few things I think the organization could improve at are keeping their employees as a priority. The work pressure is high sometimes and clinical professionals are expected to do tasks that aren't their area of expertise.
