Salaries were paid on time even during COVID. Full salaries were paid (if any employee was retained). Good exposure working in a online set-up working with parents.

Dislikes

Pretty much no requirement of clinical skills. More to do with sales and marketing. Primary focus was always on client retention and once retained, barely any notice on quality of service provided to them. Renewal pressure, target driven objectives. Headed by non-clinical staff. Policies were not employee friendly and had little to do with mental health. Cases are transferred all the time between therapists primarily due to high attrition rate. Little insight and understanding from the management as to why that's the case. Young, inexperienced people are hired and there is lack of uniformity in services. Clients forced for retention even when services are no longer needed. Clients are taken into the system even when online sevices are not fit for them. Pressure to send them to centres if they wish to drop out of the online system. Cons are too many. It's okay for freshers in the field but cannot be a long term goal....Read More
