Nothing to say about this Terrible company

My Time at Moder was a complete disaster, they didn't pay me my FnF settlement even after 3 months, they accused me of damaging a monitor and made me pay for it by holding my salary. The HR department was rude and never listened to our problems. They never replied to my emails even after lot of follow up's. I can't find any good things about working there as would not allow us to take planned or sick leaves even if we have available leaves left. Please do not join this company if you want to live a peaceful life .

Package offered by the company is satisfactory. But, the work culture, job security is poor

Job security, work culture is bad. Directors and managers don't respect supervisors. Lot of flip flops in decision making by the management, which puts lots of pressure on the supervisors

Timings of the shift not good Sometimes it team not support if it's any issue facing in the system

Team lead mangers rudly talking who slave managers. Manager team lead give more support nd appraisal time.

Initially seemed like an okay place to work

very bad experience working in this organization. The Top management is not people oriented and they do not simply care about the well being of their employees. Extended working hours every day ( more than 14hrs per day) and extreme work pressure, and all this to be done with no expectation of any appreciation. Have to put in hours over the weekend as well. No job security and lay offs can happen to anyone at anytime. It does not matter to the management whether you worked very hard and gave in your heart and soul. I have seen even one week and one month hires being laid off, which proves their lack of planning. Never came across such a bad management
