...tire week off which we get irrespective of which geography we are located in. Compared to other services companies, the pay structure is better in Model N. Also, since its a listed company, employees get equity in the form of ESPP and restricted shares which is additional bonus on top of the salary and bonus component.

Dislikes

I think, this would be a more common complain/challenge that any employed IT professional will have. Getting chance to update themselves with the latest in the industry is something we all struggle with and Model N is no different in that sense. We do have training platforms training people in industry basics but the wider technical/professional training is something I wish we could incorporate.

... of interviews. HRs are helpful and approachable. The leave policy is excellent. Compensation is also decent. I am enjoying my days in Model N.

People, salary, and benefits are good. Moved to a new office in Raheja which is a plus. Many tenured folks so the knowledge about custom frameworks, etc is well maintained by those folks.

Dislikes

Heavy middle management (too many Directors just for the sake of retention) so communication is very much segmented. Only a select few know what's truly going on. Skill development/ learning is not given enough attention and work satisfaction is very low. No rationale behind who gets promoted and why.

Likes

ModelN has a better work-life balance and a good culture. It is easy to opt for personal time off. The team is supportive, colleagues are always available for help or guidance.

Dislikes

...and the amount of hard work, dedication, accountability, and goal achievement. I also feel the employee salary is confidential information and should not be revealed to a direct manager as It can affect them in many ways in day-to-day work.
