It's totally a fraud company. Cheating clients, cheating employees. They have a salary cycle of 15th of every month which as per law is a crime. And that being said he can hold your salary anytime and even not pay it. They can through you out any time without any notice. They are a financially very weak company.

If you are an intern, it provides you a pressure cooker scenario to learn.

...perienced, do join this company at the risk of your mental and financial health. If you expect salary - forget it [After 4 months, you will start getting partial salary]. If you expect Work-Life-Balance - forget it [You will be indirectly pressurized to work on weekends and night] If you hate nepotism & politics - do not join [Chamchas and Pariwar make up the entire mid & upper management].

Lakhs go into family-salary scam. * Employees are asked to review highly on Google, their increments depend on it. Many fake review them.
