I like the work environment and also i learnt so much from my company. They provide very good salary packages . Hybrid timings also available . Company culture are very good.

Need more space. Sometimes we have no space left to sit. because staff is more and area is small Accordingly

In initial phase salary good and if you want to take leave any time you are free to take it

If you are worked here no personal life Mon to sat office day , work load pressure with target completion it's very hectic If you are in night shift sit 8 pm to 8 to 10 am morning continue....

...rs and manager are very careless. Company policies are good not not implemented. Salary date is 25 to 30 after end of the month and managers not approved the TA DA.

Careless and unresponsive staff from top to bottom working like a government sec. even government employee respond but mobilecomm managers and also staff is careless never seen before worked in many companies

I have good experience with mobile com technologies.Moreover i have learned many things about 2g 3g 4g technologies.They have expereinced training team They provided all allowances & proper working kit with updated software & conditionally gud laptop othet attachable equipments.

In this environment i have got very good salary with hike with career growth as well.

Support from the colleagues and manager is incomparable to others. They help you a lot in understanding the work and let you reach your highest potential

Dislikes

No growth carrier-wise. At some point learning becomes stagnant.
