work environment is good but the Seniors and manager are very careless. Company policies are good not not implemented. Salary date is 25 to 30 after end of the month and managers not approved the TA DA.

Careless and unresponsive staff from top to bottom working like a government sec. even government employee respond but mobilecomm managers and also staff is careless never seen before worked in many companies
