MMTC is a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Commerce and is one of India's largest international trading co. with various verticals such as Bullion, Iron Ore, Agro, Fertilizers, etc. Due to its bureaucratic setup decision-making is rigid and based upon laid down guidelines/drills which may not be matching the contemporary requirements of the market. The co. gives an excellent opportunity as it has got presence in trading of bulking commodities across different geographies.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow and appraisal is also based on laid down guidelines and not flexible.

Likes

Work allocation as per the interest of employees so high chances of Learning for sincere employees. If you give performance and complete your work on time then everyone will support you in case if need such as flexible timings and complete support by other colleges and bosses.

Dislikes

Buttering types politics and very slow career growth despite hard working. Management deaf type behaviour in the name of promotion.

There is nothing to like about this Compay for youngsters... All the oldies love this company coz they had a ball during golden period of the company. Company has not evolved since ages and all oldies love that.. Now, since senior people have command by virtue of their position they don't like any evolution or changes in company... Once THE Best company is DYING and..Everyone in power position is passing their time
