... working hours is 16 hours. 2.All seven days is a working days,No sunday off. 3.Delay in salary. 4.Daily meeting after 10:00 pm 5.Project Director always use to mis conduct and mis behave with there employees. 6.No medical facilities. 7.No bonus,No increament,if u will ask for increament then they will ask you to leave the job. 8.No job security any time they will ask you to leave the job without any intimation. 9.After serving notice period while leaving job ,they will not clear your full and final settlement. 10.No extra benefits... I think this much is enough to dislike MKC.

No security on duty and management is so poor no salary security and behaviour about staff is not good.

The team was very dedicated in the work.

...for that you have to intimate them 4 days before. They will provide you a 2.5 months late salary because as from the HR, the Respective Director don’t give the authorisation and because of this they only providing you 8 months salary in a complete one year. There is also a trend of holding salary of an employee. So please make sure you have to be rich in your holding and savings. The life will gonna hell!!!!! It’s better to be unemployed to work for such type of company.

...ersoneel are running the organization no prior experience for technical project. Lala based company no salary structure 2 months late salary no leaves if you go on leave salary will be deducted and will be held unless you return. Directors are illetrate they don't follow any rules . Most disgusting company ever. I will not recommend anyone to join it. Poor accomdation. Somedays you won't get food because of shortage of grocery. Because so called directors didn't send the money. Some are very young blokes who think they have given job to you so you are slave to them.
