...ompany has a strong support team that is responsive and helpful in every aspect. For eg, salaries are always paid on time, and if any issue arises, there are dedicated teams available which provide prompt resolutions. Additionally, they offer a separate portal to track everything, which is very useful

...third party is really good. They treat there employees with respect and equally. Salary is always on time. There is no delay in salary. Yearly Appraisal is really good and I am really really happy with that.

...HR and team members (which I interacted with) are polite, humble and responsive. Also they are friendly and professional at the same time! Received salary on time. They also have PF, gratuity and optional Mediclaim.

Dislikes

If they need some input from employee then they give less time window to update the details, most probably 1 business day. But this is not a major con, if we miss the deadline they try to understand and extend the deadline.
