...h. The branch offices has no facility and employees are left to do on their own. appraisals are fair even the compensation is below the standard and its hard for the employee to survive on this salary

☺️Below average appraisal. Need to improve and change the rules in Compensation & benefits, salary hike, career growth, skill development. Because of this primary reason, most of the good employees bound to leave the company.

Laboratory Work environment is good. Teammates and current lab In-charge is supportive.

... local (Gujarat) office administration only supporting their community people. Salary is not good and no annual increment and if do it is very less.

The company background is good. Office colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Career growth here is bit tricky. You have to work hard then you can get good compensation. As I say Work hard that is also mean you have to work till 9 hrs (Excluding Lunch) which is not in job agreement. You can learn so many things. Prodically job related training done in every month to aware every day improvement in industry. Job security is very high but as you know If you don't understand your work no one will help on your work. I must say Mitra S.K. Pvt. Ltd. is one of the best Company in Quality Inspection industry. You can begin your career from here.

overall good company with competitive pay package. Scope for growth. Training provided regularly.

Dislikes

Politics ruins the positiveness. Middle management who heads the branches and labs need to learn leadership skill. Poor in management with few exceptions.

Likes

It is a learning institutions for me. Every senior is so cooperative. And you are free to learn in every field. There is a chemistry teacher appointed to teach.

Dislikes

Salary is less compared to market value.
