☺️Below average appraisal. Need to improve and change the rules in Compensation & benefits, salary hike, career growth, skill development. Because of this primary reason, most of the good employees bound to leave the company.

It is a learning institutions for me. Every senior is so cooperative. And you are free to learn in every field. There is a chemistry teacher appointed to teach.

Salary is less compared to market value.

Laboratory Work environment is good. Teammates and current lab In-charge is supportive.

... local (Gujarat) office administration only supporting their community people. Salary is not good and no annual increment and if do it is very less.

Good work environment and culture. The company has really help us to join our work safely in this pandemic situation by giving a transportation system, and I like the most flexibility in this company.

I dislike the salary scale. Career growth is slow.
