The staff of the company including senior manager is unsupportable and very rude in behaviour. Always pressurize employees and create environment so that you cannot do your work if you want to do with your will. Never apply for this company.

Managers prioiritize self-interest over others. juniors face disproportionate blame, anything breaks in production, juniors are to be blamed. team leads are not supportive. HR changes policies like her outfits (neither her outfit has any sense nor the changes in policies) they ask resignation from people whenever they want. they won't reimburse any expenses you made for company's growth, but they will reimburse their personal parties. people in administration, human resources and management have ego issues (they need to calm down a bit) overall great company, don't join

Higher-ups are insensitive, they are very opportunistic Taking junior's credit. They talk like everyone else is below to them. Each day scrum is like really sad where they scold juniors apart so much so that people can have really bad thoughts.
