Politics are there from managers and team leads, they will show nativity feeling to Vizag, Vizayanagaram and Srikakulam people and someone give priority to girls also. Didn't provide any facilities like snacks or tea or coffee water fridges are also not cleaned properly. Most of the projects are support projects so most of the shift timings are 6-3 weekends 10pm-4am. Mangers some times forced to work in projects without assign project also. Even though we worked on multiple technologies they will give only on one. H.R s and mangers are sometimes very rude, they will remove from the project without any reason and they will disable the e-mail account without informing.

Lastly, cost cutting doesn't mean the benefit of adding or merging responsibilities or sharing. if responsibilities are limited , automation with supervision control will balance the work force. And our's is an advancing company.
