no job security, worst management, HR's won't even respond to your mails, very few projects most of them are support projects. no proper training should learn by ourselves.

for freshers 3years of bond with very less salary with high deductions, office located in a remote area, no transport available very worst experience with a miracle. I wasted 3 years of my time in this company. i recommended to not join in this company

1st thing is, it never looks like a software company,no culture nothing,some great ppl come to offce by consuming alcohol,nd the HRs are always High,it is full of psychic politics,will not pay salary regularly, in my 1 yr of exp i was bit confused b/w HR and watchman &CEO, Here leads nd managers r much more interested in your personal lyf matters other than your work.You will never b recognized as an employee coz they wont provide u good food,good accommodation nd no shift allowance.The one who joins might get mentally retarded and may strt torchuring other ppl. It has 3 yrs bond and if u want to come out ,u need to pay 2.5 L nd need to submit originals.Finally I came out of it without paying anything. Thanks to the psychic team members for letting me out.

Lot of scope to learn and enhance the skills. Very good for the persons with average skills and much interest.

Politics are there from managers and team leads, they will show nativity feeling to Vizag, Vizayanagaram and Srikakulam people and someone give priority to girls also. Didn't provide any facilities like snacks or tea or coffee water fridges are also not cleaned properly. Most of the projects are support projects so most of the shift timings are 6-3 weekends 10pm-4am. Mangers some times forced to work in projects without assign project also. Even though we worked on multiple technologies they will give only on one. H.R s and mangers are sometimes very rude, they will remove from the project without any reason and they will disable the e-mail account without informing.

They pay in time and gives opportunity to learn things. No rules , we can go to office any time.

It's like slavery. Only running by freshers. 3 years is max experience. No it and comp time for extra work. Harrassment by hr and management. Very far from Vizag and vizianagaram. Only been can stay in office hostols or eat in cafeteria. No other sources. This is all business. Cuttings are 40 percent. Everything is business. They block original certificates and blackmail. 2.10 months bond but they will not leave. After the 6 months discussed they will ask to mail for regination. From there 3 to 1 year notice period. No background verification support ffrom the management. No water pecility. Still I can say lot of thing.
