Most of the people are old age and some are not from real industry backgrounds so their decision and plans are not market or customer oriented short terms job can be done , HR is not good hr police are terrible they make and change policies any times best part they hold salry if the employees want to move they have two month notice period just because to get back money from employees even they shows different packages and give different, with me after one year they amended their Offer letters and bound

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair, they give good salary hike and gift voucher in every Diwali to all employees include offrole.

Career growth is slow...very less opportunity to explore within organization.

As I am working in Postal division office for Government project which is handled by Minosha India Ltd(Formerly Ricoh India Ltd ) . So I am not able give the feedback about company because physically we are not in touch with company. Virtually we are connected with Company. Overall experience is good till now.

Salary should be increased in time for off role and on roll employees.

My immediate boss was super cool and approachable... Understood each employee personally and paid heed to our problem...manager made work life comfortable otherwise have not got much benefit from the company....
