Our company is good and my teammates are also good and i am a part of a team. I am very happy work with this organization. We learn a lot of new things another plus point is that my colleagues help my work and there has no any kind work pressure. If there has coming any work pressure and situation is very hard we work together a team work happily and finished the task.

First of all, the team of manodarpan cell which is leading is very cooperative they guide us time to time and it is very satisfying that we find everyday new situations of people who needs counseling help,we discuss our problems to eachother and with the team also so our learning grow,then we do report to the monitoring team about all types of call.so it is a very important platform for the growth of learning.

Dislikes

Only one thing -callers are not aware about the purpose of helping they use it for any thing and we counselors don't know about everything,if it could be resolve then this platform would more effective and useful and also more authentic.
