...t for freshers 90 percent are in support projects with positions like team lead. Hence exposure is nice but need to overtime with that but they don't pay you overtime.

Less development projects and no appreciation for your immense work thankless peeps are there.

Being in the Data unit is really a thrilling experience at L, one would have a plethora of opportunities to grow and upgrade their skill sets, the management promotes and inspires you to upgrade your skill set every now and then. They provide just the right sources to progress further in your career.

Dislikes

The pay in itself is not up to the mark. Work-life balance can take a hit every now and then, one has to work shifts without even getting paid for it and not to mention sometimes even on the weekends.

I dislike about Salary & benifits because even though we work good the salary and benifits are almost same for a perosnon who works less also

Sponsored certifications and upskilling opportunities is the only good thing about this company

Dislikes

No salary hike, toxic work culture, politics, weekend working without compensation, without shift money, expected to extend work hours and handle responsibilities of P3 level while getting grade and pay of P1. Inspite of repeated client appreciation, no hike or promotion but promoting clearly undeserving candidates. Even food is not free. Cannot get night Cab service unless approved by manager or unless you are a female.
