a) The top leadership shies away from taking ownership of failures (the layoffs were handled very badly with minimal accountability and communication from the top leadership) b) Mindtickle takes pride in their culture and collegiate bonhomie, however in the past 1 year the culture has been severely impacted, and people success (HR) has looked toothless and clueless c) Performance management lacks structure and accountability, however, efforts are on to revamp it

Competitive salary, WL Balance and Employee perks. Good flexibility interms of work timings and good team members

Dislikes

Zero job security. They will fire you straightaway without prior notice and you will be left without any help after it. Their firing policy is pretty terrible as they have even fired performing managers and executives. Very alarming.

Initial salary offered for a role is competitive.

No proper hikes, don't consider employees as humans, you need to work and show off 12-14 hours per day, or else your work won't be considered sufficient. Show off show off show off. that's all s going on currently. Company is going through a bad phase and that is clearly affecting the job security of the employees.

Have unlimited leave and open working hours. It offers good perks and a salary. The environment is competitive and got the chance to work with bright set of individuals

Work-life balance has been going down, Since the covid. The growth path is not very clear.

No micro-management thus you can learn and explore while you work. Politics is very high

Hire and fire doesn't care about the employee. They aren't transparent about the company performance. Even if you what to look out for yourself they will lie the company is doing great and then fire you without informing
