Here employees are demanded to work without training which make employee uncomfortable and make mistakes. So that managers blame the employees and hold in their hands.

Yearly increment and Bonus is decent compare to market. There is enough opportunity to travel abroad basically Africa.

There is a guy named Arputharaj Admin incharge he doesn't work he is there only to get salary because no other company will take him outside mindsprint. If he is sacked then I am sure company will be more attractive place to work.
