No dislike yet, but HR Team has to come forward with new ideas on the employee welfare related matters like domain related skill development, effective communication, time to time appraisal/award on daily attendance/job done performance, organizing sport activities, setting up of modified washroom, small cafeteria etc. to increase productivity.

Frustrated Managing Director , One kind of Mad delirious Charector, Didn't know the Responsibilities & Scope, thinks Every one do Everything, He maintains His Ego over 100 ofs Proff.. 1st pulled you up against your Hod to insult/Down him, till Hod Resigned , Then down you in front of your juniors, as much till you're Resigned from position. Hate that F****g attitude. Can fired you anytime if he dislike or His project is completed by you.., Doesn't matter how kind you are. 1st time in life faced this kind of mental , Psychological Human even who not Believe on his son too, Conflicts Every time..** Lower level post's like ( operators ) is ok, but think before you join any Senior levels posts in this company....*** Don't go to This Bulls*"" company for Benifits, Go for Healthy Workspace Only....

Company is good for those who wants to have consistency in their career as work culture and working environment are well maintained. HR policies are also followed.

Company do not provide any kind of training or learning session for Employees. So no scope of knowledge gaining beyond your own limitations.

New challenges on a daily basis forces you to think out of the box. Thereby leading you to development and personal intellectual growth.

To much work pressure. Everything is urgent. Poorly decided timelines. Fickle erratic decision makers make the top management. No training activities conducted ever.

Teammates are good but there's top management and middle management huge lack and there's no transparency in working profile .they are only use to employees like use and throw.there's nothing security for life and job.if you mate any accident while work they will denied to recognize you. Work load is very high but growth and salar structure is very poor.

there's is a lot of politics and management also involved and enjoy the politics within employees.growth is nothing here.there's no place for skill development.
