Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths and ideas. They never support to implement new policies. Terrible appraisal system. There is no mail confirmation or review on my performance of throughout the year. Work pressure is very high, but no recognition on such work. Higher management never knows anything about internal process or roles and responsibilities of individual employee. They spend lot of time on meetings, no improvement on revenue generation. If someone support to improve business lack of interest towards that. No appreciation for correct employee. Need to improve proficiency in Business and individuals of higher management.
