...ason . They will promote you and assign some new project as per your capability. Salary system in this company is fantabulous , on the end of month your salary will be credited on timely. There is no any working culture in this company , you have to take responsibility of others as per time or work demand. Company policy is just a paper work , you have to clear about every policy with your AGM or Director of the company on time to time. HR is just a formality person.

Dislikes

I dislike working culture of the company as i above said. Also dislike HR policy , which is just a paper format. and last one no one is trying to listen , whats you want to say for the requirement of Project. Here , Company owner is everything and every decision maker. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. The relation inbetween employee and owner is like a Cruel teacher and Polite innocent student.
