I don't know where to start, - Salary always delayed. - Next level toxicity - Your professionalism won't work here you have be third class like everybody else then only you will be treated well - The top officials of the company will play any type of game to bring you down. They feel very threatened if someone better than them come to the company. - The work here is not done according to the requirements but according to the mood of your manager. Trust me you don't want to be here

Lots of activities are here with students and we love to interact with new new people and to learn everyday.

Dislikes

Not able to take off and no offs are there for us even though on Sunday as well in a month only on Monday and some mondays also we need to work as per the company and the managers order, no self life

People hiring without the basic knowledge of academics, they are people for administrative role where people use to hold sales representative , after sales representative, box 8 administrative. This will lower the strength and skills required

Opportunity to work directly with students and helping the make career choices and advance in their existing roles

Dislikes

Work culture and work life balance is pathetic. 6 day work week and getting calls / messages even on week off is mentally tiring. There is lot of attrition also due to this, but organisation hardly cares. Decisions are centrally driven. Nothing happens on time starting from salary credit to the deadlines committed with the clients. The whole system and employees are so used to this that they do not feel guilty at all for such delays On several occasions there is no work / business ethics are followed which personally makes me guilty that I'm part of something like this
