Company culture like local small vendor, no policy of Billing as structure, not providing Credit note,and payout to to Distibutor. Not providing MNC culture, Not providing Insurance

Company was too good in work timings and giving salary on time they are not give pressure to the employee overall it is a good company

Nothing from company norms but there is a communication gap between the coliques at branch level, they can't give respect one an other

Ignorance of HR dept. towards some major issues of employees 9. Company run only by value not by valuation 10. Other facilities are zero

Salary on time on every 7th of Month. alternate Saturday off and no work pressure. Managers are supportive. No work pressure. work life balance is plus point

... nominal and not upto the standards. 4. Joining formalities are not transparent. Everything regarding the salary or CTC is verbal only. No CTC figure will be mentioned in the offer letter or LOI. They say that the same shall be provided 3-4 days post joining the company. This seems quite FISHY and DICEY and at the same time WEIRD with regards to joining formalities. Such instances are nowhere to be seen in other companies. 5. BEWARE AND JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK if by anyway you are planning to join this company!!!!!
