I don't know where to start, - Salary always delayed. - Next level toxicity - Your professionalism won't work here you have be third class like everybody else then only you will be treated well - The top officials of the company will play any type of game to bring you down. They feel very threatened if someone better than them come to the company. - The work here is not done according to the requirements but according to the mood of your manager. Opportunity to work directly with students and helping the make career choices and advance in their existing roles

Dislikes

Work culture and work life balance is pathetic. 6 day work week and getting calls / messages even on week off is mentally tiring. There is lot of attrition also due to this, but organisation hardly cares. Decisions are centrally driven. Nothing happens on time starting from salary credit to the deadlines committed with the clients. The whole system and employees are so used to this that they do not feel guilty at all for such delays On several occasions there is no work / business ethics are followed which personally makes me guilty that I'm part of something like this
