They recruit and lay off anytime though the exit is initiated by the company they will ask you to wait for 45 days and say it's company policy . If the exit is planned by employee then it makes sense to wait for 45 days . However it's company initiated they shud pay on time . Because it's company who removed they shud pay and remove instead delays

Job is not secure , hire and fire, company policy is far different form other company. they can change at any time.
