Very bad behaviour of TLs and senior TL. There is one last Senior TL who is very much in favour of only boys. She needs only boys around her. She even manipulate things when it goes to manager. She is never in favour of girls. She being a lady she laugh at other females that was something very shameful. No managers will have direct intract with employees. Waste HR. They send a peckon link where we can give the ratings but if we give bad ratings that time manager will take a meeting and screw employees and also threaten the employees. Instead he or she should understand that when bad has given by the employees thn thr must be some reason so they should sit and employees and discuss with them. but nothing as such will happen...Read More

Well! BCD travel is a great company but SSC Bangalore is not at all. Firstly understand below comments in this platfrom are from Bangalore team are posted in Dec and Jan. Most of these are updated by management staff and not agents and they did as the HR team asked them to update in ambition box and Glass door to bring up company scores ( said by management staff itself and they were asked multiple times to udpate) Hiring in BCD India is not proper and is based on caste and community and non Kerala or Kerala Most of them are kerala people from Directors / HR / Manager / Senior manager / Team leaders and agents too If you are lazy and wanted to rest this is the best palace. No targets / either you make error or not you will get your pay, no one will question you. Pay is comparitively less Don't complain anything to HR team as they all sit together with managers and your discussion topic will reach out to everyone Most of the team leaders and managers have Girl friends and please keep yourself away from them else you will loose job. Dont expect proper support on taxation or even response for an email which you send to HR group. They keep blaming each other ie all Even if you have a serious concerns nobody is bothered and specially in night and early mornings NO HR, NO Admin so you can do what ever you want Food is free and they keep saying it's free and the quality is worst ( plastic, bugs, metal peices are common) Even if you work hard and unless you are in the good side of managemt dont expect anything - salary or promotion Checking the cool off for hiring, providing salary for joiners and backend verifications etc are not even done here properly....Read More

Being a female employee I faced a lot of concerns and never received proper support at all and thus left that office and will never forget the days Even after leaving office for the social media status I updated I got back biten Be extremely cautious with management because even if you leave the job dont think its done My first job offer was rejected as one of the Female HR partner spoke over call about me in the new organization and I heared that this always happens once you resign. They won't send email as it will legally impact, only over call these dramas are done. Apart from these the company is a soo good. No work pressure at all , no need to work also be there and enjoy your time but getting another job is doubtful and hard....Read More
