Extreme visibility, extreme ownership and healthy people to work with. There is no office politics and there is no internal groupism. Everyone works as a team towards common goal, and everyone owns their mistakes and resolves it. HR reps are extremely good and understanding.

...tive and definitely the opposite of toxic behaviour of managers and trainers. 2. Salary range is good, growth is there, innovation is welcomed and many brilliant minds working on upper level. 3. Remote facility for customer support and technical engineers.

I have joined here and first 10 days of joining i.e induction and onboarding were horrible, Quality Trainer named Sirisha gulgule (manager - customer support quality & training) is just having a toxic style of management. I have been assigned to customer support, initial 10 days we group of people should report to her, initial 6 days she was never on meeting, no instructions, no sharing of any documentation, nothing. 1. Toxic management style, in the shift of 9 hours, she was hardly there for 9 minutes in first 6 days. 2. Micromanage, nothing to give, no task, no information about product, no training provided and force us to stay in google meet doing nothing. Is that army rule? what a waste of time and energy. 3. Seems to be moonlighting, how can a person assign to handle group of people never comes in meeting and force us to be in the meeting without any information. 4. Bad management style, poor HR response, we as a group of people with hopes of growth, proactive and full of enthusiasm, because of such kind of people, company image tends to tarnish. Management needs to change, these people are least bothered. As a new joinee, this is what you are experiencing from the company managers, carelessness, laid back attitude and dont give a $hit kind of attitude to the company and new joiners.

Here we go, Training and induction incharge is full of shit Especially Nasir he is the most toxic manager I have ever had the ungodly pleasure of working with it seems you can reason with a donkey but not him, also they tell you to work 12 hours shift and no option of overtime pay which is in direct violation of the Labour law Factories Act 1948, Section 51,54 and 59 another MNC and Big Tech Firms Overtime Case @ Nasir lawsuit incoming against you and your HR team, on top of this the HR team says instead of paying arears they will allot us stock ...hmm sounds good untill you find out the company isn't listed, do these people hired by @SnehVasvani know what they are doing, you better have a personal touch in your company or it's going down pretty soon if it continues like this none of your employees know what they can and can't say, promotions and appraisals are a joke as only people hired from the same company gets promotion apparently full top management is from a company called FURLENKO which tanked and now this Miko' is on the same path proving that a dogs tail will always curl, no matter what you do. It seems like these guys have no manners at all no professional courtesy also product is not innovative it's essentially a super expensive talking back - cactus jack like bug filled robo"
