Plenty of projects to work on with various technology and complexity. You can transfer from one team to another and change even your coding language.

Dislikes

Slightly slow promotion rate, low compensation compared to FAANG, low SSA

Great WLB, salary, brand name, flexible work hours (no one keeps track of when you login and logout)

Dislikes

Politics, low team bonding, not a lot of learnings as compared to startups, too many reorgs and manager changes (10 manager changes in 2.5 years)

Microsoft makes sure to make its employee feel happy and satisfied. Work-life balance is the priority here. They also focus on data security which is a must in today’s times

The compensation could have been better. For the same level at other competitive organizations, employees are offered a better package

I don't find anything in Microsoft in my tenure which I dislike about.
