The company does not increase the salary of helpdesk engineer because it has been 2 years for me but till now the salary has not increased and it also does not give extra money for night shift as other companies give and I think that in 6 months the engineer will be paid. money should be increased

Yes i like to work in this company but During this lockdown time they can increase my salary because i am single one working here from March to still without any off and all my three team members are in home. I gave two years to this company but still my salary is approx. 13k .

First of all salary is not up to what you are expecting and secondly in the covid 19 pandemic they told us to give temporary resignation and salary was given of 1 month only

But In this company which is hired role on Desktop support engineer or Technical support engineer but Mention in salary slip or Joinning latter Help desk executive. I request to Management team please change this policy bcouse if you hiring any Candidate for Support so That's is Technical support where is relate Help desk excutive. Please change this.
