Even before the affects of Covid 19 could be ascertained, it was proactively declared that no salary hikes would happen in 2020. There were commendable efforts made to bring employees back to office but no monetary help to assist employees who had to switch to a WFH model such as tables / chairs, etc.

Microland is a good company for freshar. Salary come on time to time month of last date.

Dislikes

... for EML employees. They are provide on EDP roll from 27 months at joining time. After 27 months completed he will provide EML roll with short increase salary.

At Microland you will get lot of learning opportunities about the technology. If you want to learn and switch into some different technology, you can do that here because all the team sits next to you for ex: In Infra services all the team like Windows database backup network all sits together under one roof. So in future if you want to learn and change the technology you can do that here.

Dislikes

Work like anything, whatever your salary dont expect any allowances if you will do the OT. Appraisals are not that good with just 3-4 % hike Shift allowances very bad just 150 for each shift. No fun activity on fridays. Very bad breakfast at cyberpark location E-city phase 1

Microland is great company for employees and clients specially Training, Salary and Work culture.

In Microland HR And Admin support very poor and also Client side Microland management did not provide work life balance, training and recognition.

There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

Dislikes

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.
