Dislikes

...en't promoted, maybe a one off but I can only speak from my personal experience. Compensation is terrible , they have atrocious 9.5 hour working with zero flexibility. Trust your people. They will do better if the atmosphere is more encouraging.

Salary Hike: 40% from current CTC while joining. year o n year hike is 8 to 10% Skill Development: Training and Labs are conducted regularly. Approval to attend training is at manager's discretion. Major projects are US/UK based.

You can see regionalism to a great extent. Some projects have people belonging to particular state. E.g. Serco project floor is full of Telegu Staff.
