Dislikes

...dumping blame on subordinates. Performance matters less than personal relations. No compensation for working on off days. Employee grievances are often unheard.

Senior and manager all are supportive.

Dislikes

...ture wise not good, any time they will call for working Saturday Sunday as well. Overtime pay also not able to pay and at time of shift meed time they will ask for OT.

Lots of learning in industrial area specially I automobile sector , physically as well as software also good environmental & Supportive Team and their policy . But about financial groth level is poor , most of people are working under Contract based job hence Dosen't suite for long time staying in the Company.

...ed by the employees or the customers. Treatment given to the employees is worst. The dealership don’t pay enough salary according to the qualifications and the payments are never made on time. The management level staff is worst. They treat the employees like servants that’s it now you can imagine the other things how it must me. And take appropriate decisions before joining this organisation because they don’t give your documents back while resigning. They will fully make use of your work and talent and then trouble you a lot at the time of resignation.

Frankly speaking they will make full use of your work and talent without paying you enough and then they will not give any kind of experience letter and moreover they will not even give you the last month salary as well as your documents. So be aware from such fraudulent behaviour of this company’s dealerships pan India it is the same.
