I'm glad that I got an opportunity to work for MG, it is a British brand with 95 years of legacy now owned by a Chinese company SAIC. Other than this nothing very exciting about working at Morris Garage - Mumbai West.

Dislikes

...the other claiming that you know this you had done it earlier also so can do it. Basically the motto is to only come & fill the day for salary to reflect after the month gets over. Pathetic people around except for few sensible ones. Importantly no timing, you can't leave on time; people see their watch incase if you leave on time once in a while. Duty timing - Always before 9.30 am, leaving time usually after 8 pm.

I do not really like anything about the company.

...dumping blame on subordinates. Performance matters less than personal relations. No compensation for working on off days. Employee grievances are often unheard.

Nothing any thing like females are not safe there they toucher and harras also hold salary Meenakshi her post hr worst person in a world also Kunal he is a not good human being also not a good Hod they people only play full of politics and humilate all females staff don't go there Mr kartik Rao treate employees like servant hold salary incentives all females Crm /cre /receptionist don't go for job also for as a customer

Everything dislike All behaviour working policy hr Meenakshi force fully signed to employees play politics only harras and toucher after woking hours force fully bot given salary suddenly fire miss behave uses abuse language Please justice for females

Senior and manager all are supportive.

...ture wise not good, any time they will call for working Saturday Sunday as well. Overtime pay also not able to pay and at time of shift meed time they will ask for OT.

Lots of learning in industrial area specially I automobile sector , physically as well as software also good environmental & Supportive Team and their policy . But about financial groth level is poor , most of people are working under Contract based job hence Dosen't suite for long time staying in the Company.

All are Contractual basis job . & low range increase in yearly salary.
