The plant is situated 45 km away from the city of Vadodara. HALOL is not an urban setting. Most employees have to travel a minimum of 2 hours everyday. There is no scope of improvement in this organisation. People at senior level are incompetent. I have worked with so many big automobile organisation but never seen such pathetic work ethics.

Incompetent management No direction to grow Simply copy paste models from China to India. Just replication of Chinese vehicles and hoping to earn in India. Sad approach towards any problems. No mindset to problem solving.

Increament is good Work culture is issue. Senior level maturity is lagging due to initial team got promoted which resulted in to maturity issue. Any one got any time promotion letter without appraisal cycle.
