As a business analyst, you get to work with different clients in different domains. This helps you understand the GRC atmosphere across multiple domains.

...on rate, for new comers they throw in front of customer without proper training.You get promoted but there is no hike

No work-life balance, this company treats you like machine. No compensation for your hardwork and commitment.

... Small organization, not much process to follow everything can be done quickly Timely salary

Every release you might not get R&D work or due to resource allocation there might be less R&D works allocated, then support work is bad and very boring

Working at Metricstream was a treat! The most lovely colleagues a team player could ask for! Pay was exceptionally great, you definitely got job security and the best part, the management appreciated and recognised every employee for their consistent efforts and hardwork.

Nothing really. I would rarely say this about companies, but I got not nothing bad to say about Metricstream.
