It lacks professionalism. There isn’t a single person in the company you can approach for your needs and complaints to here about. All the engineers are treated like foreman and supervisors by the project managers. There is no freedom of planning and execution.

It good culture the management maintain between site and office. We always passion to work such company which gives freedom on work. This is that type of company.

Work Timing is the only problem. It is also not a problem bcoz every construction company as same on timing
